Questions before we begin

Straight answers about scope, systems, data and ownership.

  • No. We begin with the operating problem and the people who own it. The assessment identifies whether data, integration, a digital twin, AI or a simpler workflow change is the right response.

  • Against a defined scope, fixed. We name the workflow, owner, success measure and final output before work begins. Anything outside that record is a separate scope and fee.

  • Usually not. We first look for a focused layer that connects or improves the systems you already rely on. Replacement only makes sense when the current constraint cannot be solved safely another way.

  • You do. Documents, models, source and repository access transfer on delivery. Key assumptions, integrations and operating instructions are documented so your team is not locked in.

  • The design starts with data boundaries, access controls and deployment requirements. We use the minimum data needed and do not assume company information belongs in a public model or third-party service.

  • An assessment or focused pilot can often be completed in weeks. Larger integrations and digital twins are phased so your team can test value before committing to a broader build.
