If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, email address, sector, and any message you include. We do not collect payment information through this site, and we do not use advertising trackers.
We use contact-form submissions for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information, share it with third parties for their own use, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our email. This page itself loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log standard technical data (such as IP address) when serving font files.
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle the conversation they started. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email r@geometrixresearch.com — we respond within 30 days.
Data handling within consulting engagements is governed by each engagement's own agreement and the client's privacy obligations (including MFIPPA and PIPEDA where applicable), not by this website policy.
